This Dahle Shredder features solid cutting cylinders milled from a block of German steel. They're perfectly aligned in an all steel frame and guaranteed for life.
A steel chain and gears provide slip free power to the cutting cylinders and allow for maximum shredding capacity.

The Dahle 20814 has a 16" feed opening to easily accommodate letter, legal and wide computer paper. It has a maximum sheet capacity of 16/18 sheets at a time and features a large capacity waste bin capable of holding 35 gallons of shredded material.

In order to provide slip free power to the cutting cylinders, a steel chain and gears connect the two components and provide maximum shredding capacity. Removing staples and paper clips are a thing of the past. Dahle shredders can easily accommodate these items without harming the machine and saving you time in the process.

Properly oiling this Department Shredder is the key to maintaining optimal performance. Due to it's function, this Department Shredder will be placed in a common area and have multiple users. As a smart alternative of ensuring your machine receives proper oil, we recommend adding an Automatic oiler.
